     west side of highway.    

 

2) North Wichita River Railroad Bridge, 700’ total length: 300’ long, 16’ wide, 10’ 

      steel walls, 36”x16” steel I-Beam substructure, 400’ of timber trestles, Built in 1930.

 

     Located on the north Knox County, Texas and the south Foard County, Texas line,

    16.5 miles north of Benjamin, Texas on Highway 6, west side of highway.

 

3) Pease River Railroad Bridge, 1160’ total length: 360’ of 4 - 36”x16” steel I-Beam  

      substructure, 800’ of timber trestles.

   

     Located on the north Foard County, Texas line and the south Hardeman County, 

    Texas line. 6.5 miles northeast of Crowell, Texas on FM 98, then continuing northeast   

     on CR 252, 2.3 miles.

 

 4) Red River Railroad Bridge, 2500’ total length: 500’ of 4 - 36”x16” steel I-Beam  

      substructure, 2000’ of timber trestles. Built in 1931.

     

     Located on the Texas and Oklahoma State line, north of Odell, Texas and south of 

     Elmer, Oklahoma.

Real Estate Auction Terms: 25% of Sales Price (nonrefundable) payable day of auction, the balance due at closing within 14 days of auction. Seller will furnish Deed Without Warranty.

Bridges will be sold with a Bill of Sale and payment in full day of auction.
